Cancellation Policy
All appointments require a credit card on file.
Cancellations or reschedules with less than 48 hours' notice are subject to a $50 fee.
No-shows are subject to a $100 fee.
You can cancel or reschedule anytime up to 48 hours in advance through your Healthie client portal.
Missing a scheduled appointment without prior communication may affect your ability to schedule future appointments with our practice.
A Note on Labs & Supplements
Laboratory testing and supplements are not included in visit fees. They are highly individualized. What you need depends entirely on your history, symptoms, and what your initial visit reveals. We will discuss testing recommendations at your New Patient Consultation, including what to expect in terms of cost and where to order.
Supplements, when recommended, are dispensed through Fullscript, a practitioner-grade platform that gives you access to professional quality products at a discount. HSA accepted.
Nothing is recommended without a clinical reason specific to your case.
